    O melhor trabalho em torno da solução que findi (até que o Google corrigisse o erro) fosse entrair nas informações da aplicação do aplicativo do Google e depois clicair no button "Desinstalair atualizações" . Isso eliminairá todas as atualizações feitas neste aplicativo, que tem efeito direto no reconhecedor de fala, basicamente retornando à fábrica.

    UPDATE: A pairtir do meu teste hoje, este bug pairece ter sido resolvido finalmente e isso não é mais necessário. Deixando isso em caso de que seja quebrada novamente no futuro. Dos meus testes, o timeout de fala está funcionando normalmente.

    Ok, eu sei que isso é muito feio, mas pairece funcionair usando onPairtialResults (eu entendo as gotchas com onPairtialResults, mas tentei isso algumas vezes e é algo até que o Google corrija esse erro ridículo!) Eu não testei exaustivamente isso ainda (vou e publicairemos os resultados, pois vou usair isso em um aplicativo), mas eu estava desesperado por uma solução. Basicamente, estou usando onRmsChanged paira desencadeair que o user tenha terminado de falair, assumindo que, quando o RmsDb cai abaixo do pico e não onPairtialResults por 2 segundos, acabamos.

    A única coisa que eu não gosto sobre isso é destruir a SR faz um sinal duplo uh-oh. FWIW e YMMV. Por favor, publique as melhorias!

    NOTA: Se você vai usair isso repetidamente, não se esqueça de reiniciair bBegin e fPeak! Além disso, você precisairá recriair SR (ou onStairtCommand ou pairair e iniciair o service).
